Use of the App

Pickup is a platform for finding and organizing local sports games. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your profile
• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Respect other players and venue operators
• Not post spam, harassment, or inappropriate content

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (clips, messages, game posts). By posting, you grant Pickup a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Games and Physical Activity

Pickup facilitates connections between players but is not responsible for the conduct of any game or the actions of any user. Participation in physical sports activities carries inherent risk. You participate at your own risk.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, post harmful content, or engage in abusive behavior toward other users.

Disclaimers

Pickup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, games you participate in, or interactions with other users.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
